Contract: SCP-LOOP-127 — 12 Months of AI Security

Project Codename: SCP-LOOP-127 “Breakpoint Directive”
Effective Date: 18 February 2026
Commitment Period: 18 February 2026 — 18 February 2027

Commitment

This is a one-year commitment.

No pivots.
No rebranding.
No new identities.
No strategic rewrites.

For the next 12 months, the focus is singular:

Break AI systems.

Rules

  1. One attack per week.
  2. One published log per week.
  3. No skipped weeks.
  4. No direction changes before 90 days.
  5. No projects that do not increase offensive capability.

If it does not make me more dangerous in AI Security — it is removed.

Scope

The work includes:

  • Prompt injection exploitation
  • Tool abuse
  • RAG poisoning
  • Agent workflow attacks
  • Data exfiltration
  • Model misalignment testing
  • Attacking MCP-like architectures and tool orchestration layers
  • Building offensive agents capable of automated attack simulation
  • Developing attack tooling, scripts, and minimal research infrastructure

Offensive agents may be built only to execute, simulate, or scale attack scenarios.

Infrastructure and agents exist to enable attacks — not to become standalone projects.

No generic multi-agent platforms.
No orchestration frameworks for their own sake.
No security theater tooling.
No engineering experiments without direct security relevance.

Everything must directly contribute to vulnerability discovery.

Publication Discipline

Results are published whether successful or not.

Failure is documented.
Dead ends are documented.
Weaknesses are documented.

No polishing.
No performance theatre.

Constraint

Ideas can be noted.
Direction cannot change before 18 February 2027.

Objective (By 18 February 2027)

  • 40–50 documented attacks
  • Reproducible exploit cases
  • Offensive agents capable of autonomous attack execution
  • Clear understanding of systemic AI weaknesses
  • Accumulated offensive competence

This is not a brand exercise.
It is capability accumulation.
